Sports Physicals

Sports Physicals on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 5:30pm in the NGA gym.

Physicals will be given by Dr. Bo Cheves and his nursing staff.

We will send forms home that parents MUST have filled out before the doctor will give a student the physical. ALL NGA athletes must have a physical in order to participate in sports, including cheerleading. There is NO charge to the student.
