2016 NGA Seniors!
2016 Valedictorian, Alma Duvall is the daughter of Ray Duvall of Greensboro, Georgia and Angel Steed of Gray, Georgia. She has attended NGA since K-3. Alma participates in cheerleading, One-Act play, literary and the spring musicals. She is also a member of the Beta Club and serves as this year’s Vice-President. She is a member of FCA. Alma is the Business Manager of the yearbook and serves as the secretary of the senior class. She was selected Rotary student for the month of September. She was also voted “Most Likely to Succeed” by her classmates. Alma is very supportive of her community and has earned many volunteer hours throughout the school year. She is a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She plans to attend Central Georgia Technical College in the fall.
2016 Salutatorian, Lindsey Ellis is the daughter of Wayne & Kim Lindsey and the granddaughter of Marie Lindsey of Greensboro, Georgia. She has attended NGA since 3rd grade. Lindsey has participated in Varsity cheerleading for 5 years, Varsity golf for 3 years, and Varsity basketball for 1 year. She has been a member of the Beta Club for 4 years and serves as this year’s treasurer. She has been a member of FCA for 4 years and a leader for 2 years. Lindsey has been the president of her class for 3 years. She has participated in the One-Act Play for 5 years and been a member of the literary team for 4 years. Lindsey was selected Rotary Student for the month of November. In the fall, Lindsey was named “Miss NGA” by her peers and the faculty and staff. This is the highest honor an NGA senior can receive. Lindsey is a wonderful student and has completed many community service hours through the year. She attends Grace Fellowship. She plans to attend Athens Technical College in the fall.
